Malaak is the founder and Executive Director of StyleWORKS, an organization which provides comprehensive grooming services, including hair styling,make - up applications, skincare analysis/facials/waxing, clothing, accessories, and image consulting to women moving from welfare to work!

Before starting StyleWorks, Malaak was Manager of Special Events and Celebrity Relations for UNICEF (The United Nations Children’s Fund). She is also active in Champions for Children & Safe Horizon, or call 1-800-621-HOPE.
