Laurie Strongin

In memory of her son whom she lost to a rare, fatal disease in 2004, Laurie started the Hope for Henry Foundation. The Hope for Henry Foundation’s mission is to provide gifts to kids with life threatening illnesses including books, i-Pods, DVD players, and a variety of other items, to help ease the boredom of hospitalization and treatment.

Also, the Live Well, Laugh Hard project, which launched in 2007, is a wonderful line of jewelry designed by Mauri Pioppo and sales will benefit the Hope for Henry Foundation.
