Sports Broad Connie

Sports Broad Connie joins the Broads every Friday to keep them up to date in the world of sports! Well, really just Christine because Shari and Molly use this time to apply makeup!!

Connie's love of sports began in high school, where she lettered in numerous sports and was a photojournalist for the high school yearbook and newspaper. On to college, where she wrote articles on sports for the Diamondback college paper.

As an avid sailboat racer, an equstrian who owns a horse, a tennis player, and a softball player, she can barely find time to file reports on Broadminded. Early in her TV career, she worked on the ESPN account, filing reports from the DC bureau, and wrote on the Washington sports scene for newspapers all over the country. She won a local emmy for Redskins Saturday Night, and helped with the original Getting Fit with Dennis Austin series. These days you can find her on the boat or the back of her horse Kid!!!
