Jaime M. Grant holds a Ph. D. in Women's and Gender Studies from the Union Institute where she studied with experts on feminism and sexuality.

Grant has offered workshops on gender expression and sexuality at Washington DC's Whitman-Walker Clinic and at The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force's annual Creating Change Conference. Her piece on butch/femme erotics appeared in Leslea Newman's anthology The Femme Mystique and in Sojourner: The Women's Forum.

A femme and a feminist, a sexuality specialist and a Mom, Dr. Grant has had a private practice as a sex coach for over ten years. Using a unique technology called Desire Mapping, Grant helps clients of all sexual orientations and interests find the keys to their best sex.
